Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

Company under take Annual Maintenance for the Repairs/Maintenance of the plant. Annual maintenance contracts outlining regular check-ups and routine work to regulate the performance and quality output will be the core area of our field services division. The AMC will comprise of the following services:

• Refurbishing of installed plant.
• Maintenance of Air Compressors, Chilling Units, Air Separation Coolum, Expansion Engines, LOX Pumps, LIN Pumps, Acetylene Generators & auxiliaries like Cooling Towers, water Softeners etc.
• Daily logging parameters for Air Compressor, Expansion Engine, MSB, LOX Pumps, LIN Pumps etc.
• Preparing maintenance schedule for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Planning & execution for annual shut down.
• Emergency services during any break down.
• Up gradation & optimizations of Plants.
• Safety audits are also carried out as per our client requirement.
